Terms and Conditions of Use

Print Plus Advertising Requisites Trading LLC, It is essential that you read and fully understand these Terms and Conditions before engaging with our services. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Pricing and Payment Methods
All prices are quoted in United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED). Payments can be made via credit card, bank deposit, or cash on delivery. For bank deposit payments, proof of payment must be sent via email to initiate the printing process.
Please note that bank or wire transfers, whether local or international, may take several days to reflect in our bank account. Production will commence only upon confirmation of payment receipt. In the event of a cheque being dishonored, a penalty of AED 200 will be charged to cover administrative costs.

Value Added Tax (VAT)
Effective from 1 January 2018, a standard VAT rate of 5% is applied to all goods and services in the UAE, as mandated by UAE law. Clients may update their VAT registration details by submitting the required documentation via email, which will be reflected in the invoice.

Proofs and Artwork
If Print Plus Advertising Requisites Trading LLC provides a proof of design or artwork for approval, the client is responsible for reviewing and correcting any errors before production begins. We will not be liable for errors in the final product that were present in the proof and not corrected by the client prior to order completion.

Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation Fee: All orders are subject to a cancellation fee of AED 200 or 10% of the order value, whichever is lower, to cover prepress costs.
Credit Card Payments: Orders paid by credit card may incur a processing fee charged by the payment portal. In case of cancellation, the refund will exclude this processing fee. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process.
Cancellation Rights: Clients may cancel or modify an order provided production has not yet started.
Work in Progress: If an order is canceled, Print Plus Advertising Requisites Trading LLC reserves the right to charge for any work already completed or materials purchased for the order.
Non-Payment or Insolvency: If a client fails to settle outstanding debts, becomes insolvent, files for bankruptcy, or is subject to an involuntary bankruptcy petition, Print Plus Advertising Requisites Trading LLC may suspend or terminate further work without prejudice to other remedies.

Retention of Ownership
Until full payment for the goods is received: (a) Ownership of the goods remains with Print Plus Advertising Requisites Trading LLC. (b) If the goods are in the client’s possession, they must be stored separately and clearly identified as the property of Print Plus Advertising Requisites Trading LLC, with the client acting as a trustee.

Exchange or Return of Goods
Clients must contact our Customer Service team within 7 business days of receiving their printed materials to report any issues. In cases of production errors or defects, we will offer to reprint the order at no additional cost.
Clients are responsible for correcting any errors identified during the design proofing process. Alternatively, clients may authorize printing as-is or request modifications, which may incur additional charges.
Print Plus Advertising Requisites Trading LLC will not be liable for damages or claims arising from defective, incomplete, or delayed printed materials.

Shipping Policy
Delivery Notification: Clients will be notified via email or phone when their goods are ready for collection. Collection: Unless otherwise agreed, clients are responsible for collecting their goods from our premises upon notification. Incorrect Delivery Address: Print Plus Advertising Requisites Trading LLC will not be liable for issues arising from incorrect or invalid delivery addresses or multiple delivery attempts.

Quantity Delivered
We strive to deliver the exact quantity ordered. However, due to the complexities of production, a margin of 5% over or under the ordered quantity is permissible. Any overages or shortages will be charged or deducted based on the run-on cost.

Force Majeure
Print Plus Advertising Requisites Trading LLC shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, lockouts, riots, floods, severe weather, earthquakes, fires, epidemics, government restrictions, or material shortages.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai, UAE. Both parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai for any disputes or proceedings arising from these terms.
